Taylor Swift is reportedly planning to mentor Camila Cabello after she left Fifth Harmony. The 19-year-old singer is embarking on a solo music career.
A source told Hollywood Life: "Whether it's advice, future collaborations, or help with writing songs, Taylor is ready to help Camila through everything. Taylor supports her decision to go out on her own. She knows that Camila can be a major star, and is looking forward to seeing what she will do with her first solo album."
After it was revealed that Cabello is leaving the girl band, the remaining four members, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui wrote in a statement: "After four and a half years of being together, we have been informed via her representatives that Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony. We wish her well."
"You Harmonizers have been there with us since the beginning, you've supported us, you've rejoiced and cried with us, you've grown with us and with your love and support, we will continue on. We are excited to announce that we will be moving forward with the four of us - Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui - for our fans. We are four strong, committed women who will continue with Fifth Harmony, as well as our solo endeavors... Harmonizers, we are in this together. We love you with all our hearts," the note read.
