Taylor Swift is not pregnant. Rumours that the Bad Blood hitmaker is expecting a baby started after a fan posted a picture of the two on social media.
In the image, the 27-year-old singer is seen with a fan while wearing an oversized black sweater, during a secret listening session for her upcoming new album Reputation at her home in Rhode Island. Instantly, the web exploded with pregnancy rumors.
However, the fan in the photo clarified the reports. She wrote: "Dear Taylor, sorry my boob apparently makes you look pregnant"
Adding on, in the images posted by other fans, Swift's alleged "baby bump" is nowhere to be seen.
Swift who is rumoured to be dating British actor Joe Alwyn, was away from spotlight till she dropped her new music video, Look What You Made Me Do, at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards held at The Forum on 27 August in California. In December 2015, during an interview with NME magazine, Swift said she feels the world is too interested in her personal life. She told the publication: "I'm in the news every single day for multiple different reasons. And it can feel, at times, if you let your anxiety get the better of you, like everybody's waiting for you to really mess up – and then you'll be done."
"A lot of the time I need to call my mom and talk for a really long time, just to remind myself of all the things that are great and all the things that matter. If you do something that defines your character to be not what the public thought you were, that's the biggest risk," Swift added.
