Alien buffs in India went crazy recently, as a video featuring two weird creatures was captured from a construction site in Visakhapatnam. Soon after the video surfaced on the internet, it went viral, and conspiracy theorists started claiming that these creatures are of extra-terrestrial origin.
Even though the video went viral, the alien theory was soon debunked by researchers, as they proved that the creatures on the video are nothing but young barn owls. According to experts, barn owls are a beautiful species found in and around central India.
These creatures have heart-shaped faces, and beaks that point downward. The researchers believe that it is the weird look of barn owls which compelled alien buffs to think that they are from an extra-terrestrial world.
After seeing the video, veterinary experts in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have revealed that feathers are yet to grow out in the bodies of these creatures as they are too young. The medical professionals also added that the barn owls featured in the video are malnourished, and they are in need of urgent medical care.
As the person who has shot the visuals has paid his full attention to the birds, they became more observant in behavior, and that is why they look alarmed in the video.
Even though the alien theory was debunked by experts, some residents in Andhra and Telangana region believed initially that this video could be a strong evidence of extra-terrestrial life.
