CEO and co-founder of Uber Travis Kalanick has resigned from his post amid a number of scandals within the company and growing consumer and investor backlash.
Deputy Commissioner for International, Investigation and Indirect Taxes Group of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Chia-Tern Huey Min will be signing both agreements in Netherlands.
The lender and four former executives have all been charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, after a five year investigation into fundraising during the 2008 financial crisis. The charges centre around payments to Qatari investors, during Barclays £11.8bn ($14.9bn) fundraising to avoid being bailed out in 2008.
The partnership is targeted at companies in the technology sector, including subsectors such as medtech, biotech, cleantech, digital tech and consumer tech.
