The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has banned a former representative of AIA Singapore Private Limited, an insurance company, on accounts of committing fraud against a non-English speaking client.
The 23-year old accused has been convicted for taking upskirt photographs of two women, just two months after he was released from prison for snatch theft.
The police investigation is still under process but if the woman found guilty of stealing the car from Mount Elizabeth Hospital's parking area then will face a jail term of up to seven years with fine.
