CCTV footage shows a man being restrained by police shortly before passing away. The 20-year-old named as Rashan Charles was chased by police before entering a shop on Kingsland Road in Dalston, east London around 1.45am. He then tried to swallow an object before he was taken ill.Police officers and paramedics provided first aid but Charles died shortly after in hospital. A Louisville building company thought they had been robbed after they found a window had been smashed on the weekend. When they reviewed the security tapes they realised the culprit was furrier than expected. Apparently, a goat had taken a dislike in the companys windows. It may have seen its reflection in the windows and tried to attack the other goat. According to an employee the vandal is still on the loose.
Three people had to be evacuated from a small plane after it crashed into Lake Travis, near Starnes Island, Texas. None of the plane passengers sustained serious injuries. The plane later sank into the water. It is the second time this month that a plane crashed into Lake Travis.
