China sends 2 BeiDou-3 satellites to space, plans to be navigation giant by 2020

China sends 2 BeiDou navigation satellites in a single launch vehicle on Nov. 5. The country plans to widen its navigation and positioning system so that its reach could be global by 2020. It is planning to bring the navigation system in all the regions of China's Belt and road routes by 2018.
