Two tourists dead following stabbing at Egyptian hotel resort

At least two people have died after six tourists were stabbed at a hotel resort in Egypt. The Egyptian knifeman killed two German tourists after apparently searching out foreigners to attack, officials and witnesses said. He then swam to another beach to continue his attack before being arrested. The attack occurred after five policemen were killed by masked gunmen close to the pyramids in Giza.

A familys surveillance cameras have captured the moment a Minneapolis police officer shot and injured two dogs in their backyard. Jennifer LeMay posted the video on Facebook. It appears to show the police officer enter her backyard on July 8 and look around, before drawing his firearm and shooting two Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Both animals were taken to a vet, and are expected to survive. The Minneapolis Police Department is now investigating the incident.

Man dies after crashing propane-loaded car into ex-girlfriends home

A 31-year-old man died after driving a car filled with propane into his ex-girlfriends home. A police bodycam video shows the car on fire as officers try to extinguish the flames. Floridas Fort Pierce Department said driver Carl Philbert was involved in a dispute at the address before returning with his car and crashing into the apartment building. The car was packed with four 20 lb propane gas containers. 13 adults and five children were displaced because of the incident but escaped unharmed.
